Three-area Revolution Memorial Museum Located in the People’s Park of Yining City, the memorial is a group of constructions with Islamic features. It was built in 1959, covering an area of 66700 square meters and divided into two parts, namely the mausoleum area and exhibition hall. A monument of 13 meters high stands in the mausoleum area. and on its frontispiece and two sides there engraved epigraph written by Chairman Mao in Chinese. Uygur and Kazakh respectively. There are over one hundred photos and cultural relics displaying in the exhibition hall. These items show quite detailedly the stories of the martyrs and officers and soldiers of the National Army of the Three Regions, and the commemorative activities held by people of various circles and nationalities after the set up of the memorial.

Located on the west side of the People’s Park on Ahmedabad Street in Yining City, it covers an area of 6.67 hectares and houses the tombs, monuments and memorial halls of the martyrs of the seven revolutionary leaders of the three districts.

The cemetery is divided into a mausoleum area and a display hall. In front of the mausoleum area is a 600-square-meter viewing square paved with concrete blocks. On the square stands a memorial tower of martyrs with the style of Xinjiang’s ethnic minorities. The tower is 13 meters high, with a floor area of 16 square meters. The top of the tower is a gold-plated dome. Chairman Mao Zedong’s inscription is engraved in Uyghur, Kazak and Chinese on the tower body: “The spirits of the martyrs, including Ahmedabad Kasmu, Iskhak Burke Mununov, Abudhurim Abasov, Dalihan Suker Bayev and Luo Zhi, who died in the service of national liberation and people’s democratic cause, are immortal.” The side of the tower is engraved in Chinese and Uyghur: Ahmedabad Kasmu and other martyrs have made outstanding contributions to national liberation and people’s democratic revolutionary cause. After the victory of the Chinese people’s revolution in 1949, the martyrs represented the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang to attend the first plenary session of the founding of the people’s Republic of China and the Chinese people’s political consultative conference. they were killed in a plane crash en route to Beijing. The exploits of the martyrs will go down in the annals of the revolution forever.
