- From Dongguan and Shenzhen: Take the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway, then the Bei Erhuan Expressway, and the West Second Ring Expressway (Jinsha exit). After 6 km, turn left onto Qiaojin Road to reach Nanhai Great Wetland Park.
- From Zhaoqing: Take the Guangzhou-Zhaoqing Expressway, then the Guangsan Expressway, and the West Second Ring Expressway (continue south for 2 km to the Jinsha exit). After 6 km, turn left onto Qiaojin Road to reach Nanhai Great Wetland Park.
- From Jiangmen: Take the Foshan-Kaiping Expressway, then the West Second Ring Expressway, and the Jinsha exit. After 6 km, turn left onto Qiaojin Road to reach Nanhai Great Wetland Park.
