Day 1 Tianjin Cruise Port – High Speed Train to Harbin
Sightseeing and Activities:
Our English-speaking tour guide and driver will meet you at the Tianjin International Cruise Terminal at 8:30 AM, then escort you to the train station and take a high-speed bullet train to Harbin. After approximately 6.5 hours, you will arrive in Harbin and be picked up by our local Harbin tour guide and driver. Drive from the train station to the city to check in. The rest of today will allow you to relax in this historic northeast city of China.
Day 2 Harbin
Sightseeing and Activities: Sophia Square, St. Sophia Cathedral, Zhongyang Pedestrian Street
Today, after breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at your hotel. You will first visit Sophia Square and admire the holy appearance of St. Sophia Cathedral since 1907. This must-see attraction is a typical Byzantine building with a green dome and was once the largest Orthodox church in the Far East. The cathedral is a symbol of Harbin and is currently used as the Harbin Architecture Museum and displays some souvenirs. Then, you will visit the exotic Zhongyang pedestrian street near 1900. Stroll down this 1400-meter-long historical street and admire 71 precious buildings with a long history and diverse styles, including the Renaissance and Baroque periods. (Stalin Park is very close to pedestrians, so if you are interested and time permits, you can walk there to admire Russian architecture and admire many creative art sculptures.)
After that, continue to enjoy the wonderful enjoyment. Sun Island Scenic Area is the main place to host the Harbin Ice and Snow Festival International Snow Sculpture Art Fair in winter. Step into this vast, pure and lovely wonderland with an area of 60,000 square meters and greet the incredible “white visual storm”. Take a closer look at thousands of beautiful large-scale art snow sculptures, including landscapes, cartoons, characters, buildings, etc., which will make you marvel at the outstanding talents of artisans who have injected life into the cold snow. Against such a stunning background, you have no choice but to take some wonderful photos to record the good times (I strongly recommend you to wear sunglasses to visit the Snow Sculpture Art Fair, because the sunlight from the snow is really strong.)
Then, escorted to the nearby Siberian Tiger Park, the world’s largest breeding center for endangered Siberian tigers. There are more than 1,300 purebred Siberian tigers raised there. Not only can you safely observe different types of tigers (Siberian tiger, white tiger, white lion, leopard, liger, etc.) on foot, but you can also take a tour bus with mesh protection through the park and enjoy tigers and lions up close Take some photos.
Day 3 Harbin – Flight to Tianjin
Sightseeing and Activities: Laodaowai, Jiuzhan Park
Today, you will make a historical visit to Laodaowai, where Harbin originated. So far, this popular characteristic neighborhood is China’s largest Chinese Baroque neighborhood, which has many meaningful Baroque-style ancient buildings, and has a strong romantic color since the early 20th century. Walk freely along those ancient streets and alleys and admire the ancient buildings with western facades, but with traditional Chinese courtyards and interior designs, as well as interesting folk sculptures, which can also tell the people of Harbin very well The ancient life and history of Harbin over the past 100 years. After that, visit Jiuzhan Park along the Songhua River. Here you will see some winter swimmers, including some 60-70 year olds, who are winter swimming in the cold water under the frozen water, and many people do some fun activities on the ice, such as skaters, Taxiing, winter etc. Fishing in Songhua River, etc.

Day 4 Tianjin City Tour – Cruise Port Departure
Sightseeing and Activities: Porcelain House, Shi Family Courtyard, Tianjin Ancient Culture Street
After breakfast, you will start your exploration of Tianjin today. First, you will visit China House, the most striking building in Tianjin. This is a private museum decorated with approximately 400 million pieces of ancient Chinese porcelain and more than 13,000 ancient Chinese porcelain vases, plates and bowls. You will have a unique experience in this beautiful, gorgeous and fun special building. Later, continue to visit the Shijia Grand Courtyard, a large and well-preserved dwelling house with northern Qing Dynasty characteristics.
Lunch will be a beautiful dim sum lunch at River 66. After lunch, you can take a leisurely stroll on Tianjin Ancient Culture Street, where you can enjoy special architectural styles, taste folk crafts and taste delicious local snacks. Don’t miss the clay sculptures in the middle of Yangliuqing Gallery and Ancient Culture Street and the clay sculptures of Tianhou Palace.
