How to Get to Mount Lushan

By Air

Jiujiang Lushan Airport (九江庐山机场), the only airport of Jiujiang, is located in Mahuiling Town, Chaisang District. It offers flights to these many, such as Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Xiamen, Kunming, Hangzhou, etc. Besides, it is very close to Mount Lushan Scenic Area. Visitors could take airport shuttle buses to Mount Lushan.

By Train

Lushan railway station is located in Sangzi Road, Jiujiang County, Jiujiang. It is 20 kilometers away from Jiujiang Railway Station and 1, 333 kilometers away from Beijing West Railway Station. It offers a lot of trains to most cities of Jiangxi and other provinces, like Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanghai, etc. And it is very close to Mount Lushan Scenic Area.

By Long-distance Bus

Jiujiang Coach Station is located in No. 99, Xunnan Avenue, Xunyang District. It is a well-equipped and well-functional coach station in Jiujiang. It covers 1, 200, 000 meters square. It can accommodate more than 4,000 passengers. More significantly, it offers some buses to Mount Lushan Scenic Area directly.

By Self-driving Car

The roads extend in all directions, which makes Jiujiang become a transportation hub of Jiangxi. Therefore, it’s also very convenient for visitors to drive from other cities to Mount Lushan which is located in Jiujiang. There are some highways like Chang-Jiu Motorway, G70 Fu-Ying Motorway, G56 Hang-Rui Motorway, Jiu-Rui Motorway, Du-Jiu Motorway etc. In addition, there are 4 national highways passing by Jiujiang, like 105 National Road between Beijing and Zhuhai and 316 National Road between Fuzhou and Qinghai, through which visitor also can go to Mount Lushan.

By Sightseeing Bus

There are some sightseeing buses that drive around Mount Lushan Scenic Area. Visitors can take these sightseeing buses to most scenic spots of Mount Lushan Scenic Area. The price of sightseeing bus is 80 yuan, and once you buy one ticket, you could take the sightseeing bus at any station within 7 days.
