Macau International Airport
Macau International Airport(IATA: MFM, ICAO: VMMC) (Portuguese: Aeroporto Internacional de Macau) is an international airport in the special administrative region of Macau, situated at the eastern end of Taipa island and neighbouring waters which opened for commercial operations on 9 November 1995, during Portuguese administration of the region. Since then the airport has been a common transfer point for people traveling between the Mainland and Taiwan, as well as a passenger hub for destinations in mainland China and Southeast Asia. During 2006, the airport handled 5 million passengers and 220,000 tonnes of cargo. In 2017 the number of passengers had increased to 7,165,803 which is more than the 6 million passengers per year the terminal was designed for.

By Helicopter
Hong Kong – Macau
Sky Shuttle Service operates Hong Kong – Macau Helicopter flights which provide the most convenient and fast transportation (only 15 minutes) between Hong Kong and Macau. From Macau to Hong Kong, the helicopters are available from 10:00 to 22:30 and from Hong Kong to Macau, the helicopters operate from 10:30 to 22:59. To travel between Macau – Hong Kong, and Macau – Shenzhen, you can also choose helicopter cross-boundary shuttle services. 54 flights daily between Macau – Hong Kong and 12 flights between Macau – Shenzhen are operating daily. Each flight takes only 15 minutes.

Macau International Airport Transfer
The transportation from the airport is very convenient. Visitors can make a transfer by airport shuttle bus, taxi and so on. Therefore, do not worry how to get away the airport. Upon arrival at Macau International Airport, transit and transfer passengers will be directed by ground staff to the departure hall located on the first floor of the terminal. Passengers can approach the transfer desks for inquiries on connecting flights and visa destination requirements.

By Shuttle Bus
The most convenient way to travel to your hotel is to take any one of the many comfortable, complimentary shuttle buses from the Macau International Airport. Walk toward the north exit of the airport and walk out into the parking lot, where you will find a number of shuttle buses waiting for you. Buses depart every 15-20 minutes between 11:00 am and 9:00 pm .

By Ship
The Macau Ferry Terminal is about a 10-minute drive from the Macau International Airport. The ferry terminal runs over 150 departures to Hong Kong every day on a variety of high-speed vessels. The journey takes about 55 minutes. Tickets can be purchased at the Airport or at the ferry terminal. Reservations for tickets are advisable during weekends and public holidays. Your travel agent should be able to provide ferry booking services.
