Airport Terminals
Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport is formed by two passenger terminals: the International Terminal A and the Domestic International Terminal B. Both of them are located in the same terminal building, which is easy for passengers to transfer between terminals.
- International Terminal A: The International Terminal A in Hangzhou Airport is home of all international flights, including the ones from and to the special administrative regions of China.
- Domestic Terminal B: The Domestic Terminal B just serves the domestic and regional flights within Zhejiang province and the rest of the country. Note that the flights from and to the special administrative regions are hosted in the International Terminal A.
Visa-free Policy
In most cases, the transit visa exemption only allows the traveler to visit the province of their arrival. However, travelers entering China via Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Nanjing can travel within Shanghai, Zhejiang province, and Jiangsu province. From Jan. 30, 2016, 144-Hour Visa-Free Policy is available to facilitate passport holders of 53 countries and regions when making an international transfer via Xiaoshan Airport. Passengers can enter and exit from this airport, Nanjing Lukou Aiport or any port in Shanghai.

- Location: In order to board this bus, please move to the first level of the terminal building, outside the Arrivals Hall. All the buses depart from this point.

- Ticket: You can purchase your ticket on board to the driver or at the Airport Shuttle Bus booths located at the end of the Arrivals Hall.

Passengers from domestic can exit at the Gate 10 and Gate 12 to the taxi passenger center, and international arrivals at the Gate 4 to get taxis.
