Qianxinan Attractions
Qianxinan, an autonomous prefecture under the jurisdiction of Guizhou province in China, has a strong ethnic minority customs, beautiful mountains and rivers, fascinating scenery, and abundant tourism resources, including the national scenic spots of Maling river canyon, Wanfenglin, Wanfeng Lake. Qianxinan prefecture is the typical representative of cone-shaped karst geology and landform in the world. There are also unique natural sceneries like Xianheping(仙鹤坪), Sancha River(三岔河) in Zhenfeng county, Zhaodi Dyke scenic area in Anlong County and Yunhu Mountain(云湖山) in Xingyi, etc. Qianxinan prefecture has a long history and a considerable number of historical sites, including Guizhou dragon fossil group, "Xingyi people" ancient humans cultural site, Yelang cultural sites, tomb of 18 courtiers(十八先生墓 historical site in Ming dynasty), imperial palace of Yongli(永历皇宫), twenty-four turns in Qinglong county(晴隆二十四道拐 relics of Anti-Japanese war), the former residence of He Yingqin, Liu family's manor, Bishan academy and so on.
