Overview
Yingzhen Hui Ethnic Township (Yingzhen Huizu Xiang, 营镇回族乡) is located in Daming County (大名县), Handan City (邯郸市), Hebei Province. It is situated in the northeastern part of Daming County, bordering Xiedian Township (斜店乡) in Guancheng County, Shandong Province to the east, adjacent to Hongmiao Township (红庙乡) to the south, connected to Wandi Town (万堤镇) to the southwest, neighboring Huangjindi Town (黄金堤镇) to the west, linked to Wangqiao Township (王桥乡) in Guantao County to the northwest, and adjacent to Xiedian Township (斜店乡) in Guancheng County, Shandong Province to the north. The township covers an area of 19.71 square kilometers. As of the end of 2018, the registered population was 19,978.
In 1953, Yingzhen Township was established. By 1958, it became part of Jintan Town Commune. In 1984, it was officially renamed Yingzhen Hui Ethnic Township. As of June 2020, the township comprises 17 administrative villages, with the township government located in Xiying Village (西营镇村).
In 2018, there were 10 industrial enterprises in Yingzhen Hui Ethnic Township, including 1 above the designated size, and 35 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area exceeding 50 square meters.

Geographic Environment
Location
Yingzhen Hui Ethnic Township is located in the northeastern part of Daming County. It is bordered by:
- East: Xiedian Township (斜店乡) in Guancheng County, Shandong Province
- South: Hongmiao Township (红庙乡)
- Southwest: Wandi Town (万堤镇)
- West: Huangjindi Town (黄金堤镇)
- Northwest: Wangqiao Township (王桥乡) in Guantao County
- North: Xiedian Township (斜店乡) in Guancheng County, Shandong Province
Hydrology
The waterways within Yingzhen Hui Ethnic Township are part of the Zhangwei South Canal water system. The Wei River (卫河) enters the township at Hezhuang Village and runs for 7 kilometers within the area.
Population
By the end of 2011, the total population of Yingzhen Hui Ethnic Township was 19,136, including 3,126 permanent urban residents, resulting in an urbanization rate of 16.3%. There were also 1,053 migrant residents. The total population included 9,767 males (51%) and 9,369 females (49%). Among them, 4,886 individuals (25.5%) were under 14 years old, 11,943 (62.4%) were between 15 and 64, and 2,307 (12.1%) were over 65. The majority were Han Chinese, numbering 14,565 (76.1%), while Hui people accounted for 4,571 (23.9%). The birth rate was 2.08‰, the death rate was 1.5‰, and the natural population growth rate was 0.58‰. The population density was 971 people per square kilometer. By the end of 2018, the registered population was 19,978.
