- By Air: You can choose to first arrive at Lhasa Gonggar Airport and then travel from Lhasa to Nyingchi. You can also fly directly to Nyingchi Mainling Airport. The airport is about 50 kilometers away from the urban area, and it takes about 1 hour by car. It is about 80 kilometers away from Suosong Village and 100 kilometers away from Lulang Town, and it takes nearly 2 hours by car. There are buses at the airport that can reach the urban area of Nyingchi and Paizhen (Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon Scenic Area).
- By Train: Nyingchi Railway Station has been opened, which is about 20 kilometers away from the urban area, with convenient transportation.
- By Long-distance Bus: There are long-distance buses from Lhasa to Nyingchi. You can take the bus at the Lhasa East Suburban Bus Station.

- Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon Scenic Area: One of the deepest canyons in the world, where you can enjoy Mount Namjagbarwa from multiple angles. The ticket price is generally about 150 yuan (subject to the actual regulations of the scenic area), including the cost of the scenic area sightseeing bus.

- Sejila Mountain Pass(塞吉拉山口): On the way from Nyingchi to Paizhen, you will pass through Sejila Mountain Pass. The altitude is relatively high, and the view is extremely broad. Especially at sunrise or sunset, the mountain shines with a dazzling golden color under the sunlight, forming a magnificent landscape painting with the surrounding continuous mountains and dense forests. There is no entrance fee here, but the weather at the pass is changeable, so pay attention to keeping warm.
- Daduka: A high point in Paizhen with a broad view, it is an ideal place to overlook the natural scenery of Paizhen and view Mount Namjagbarwa. - Gongzunde’mu Farm in Mainling: You can directly navigate to it. After parking, it takes 3 – 5 minutes to walk to the riverside. It is recommended to walk to the beach. With a height difference of 5,000 meters and no artificial buildings blocking the view, you can enjoy the perfect integration of water and mountain in nature.

During the peak season (summer and winter vacations, Spring Festival, and the Peach Blossom Festival from March to April), accommodation is in high demand, and the price may increase. It is recommended to book in advance. If you have a sufficient budget, you can choose the Songtsam series of hotels, which offer excellent accommodation conditions and viewing experiences. If the rooms are tight during the peak season, you can also choose nearby Tunbai Village, which also has unique scenery.
- Paizhen: It provides a variety of accommodation options, ranging from ordinary inns to comfortable hotels. You can choose according to your own needs. Book in advance during the peak season to avoid the shortage of rooms affecting your itinerary.
- Lulang Town: Although it is a certain distance from Mount Namjagbarwa, the environment is beautiful, and it is famous for its local cuisine such as Shiguo Chicken. If your travel itinerary includes places like Lulang Forest Sea, you can choose to stay here for one night to experience the local characteristics and customs.
