Yiwu, a county-level city in Jinhua city, Zhejiang, has jurisdiction over 8 streets and 6 towns.
- 8 Streets: Choucheng Street, Beiyuan Street, Choujiang Street, Jiangdong Street, Houzhai Street, Chengxi Street, Niansanli Street and Futian Street.
- 6 Towns: Shangxi Town, Yiting Town, Fotang Town, Yi’an Town, Suxi Town and Dacheng Town.
Geography
Yiwu is located in the middle of Zhejiang province, and belongs to Jinhua city. It is located in the east of Jinqu Basin and is surrounded by mountains in the east, south and north. Yiwu has a 44.41 miles’ length from west to east and 58.15 miles’ width from north to south. It has a good location of east to Dongyang city, south to Yongkang city and Wuyi county, and west to Jindong district and Lanxi city. In the north, it connects Pujiang county and Zhuji city in Shaoxing. Eight counties in Wuzhou are all able to connect WuZhou, and it is just 100 miles award to the provincial capital Hangzhou.
Climate
Yiwu’s landform contributes to its climate. Yiwu city is surrounded by mountains in the east, south and north, with the domestic low mountains, hills, down land and plain. So the climate there is not so extremely hot or cold. Yiwu belongs to subtropical monsoon climate, with four distinctive seasons.

History & Culture
Yiwu has a long history which can be traced back to the Spring and Autumn Period. In the period of First Emperor of Qin, it got its name of Wushang because of a historical story. In the Tang dynasty, it got its current name.

Economy
Yiwu’s products have been exported to 212 countries and regions, market opening degree have reached more than 60%. Its top ten export countries and regions are the United States, United Arab Emirates, Russia, Ukraine, Spain, Germany, South Korea, Japan, Brazil and Panama.
The first industry in Yiwu is handicraft industry. Each year, its gross industrial production can reach millions of trillion. It has formed a unique development pattern of manufacturing industry with "small commodities, big market, and small businesses, quick grouping". The commodity manufacturing accounts for more than 70% of the Yiwu industrial production.
