Climate of Kunming
Having low latitude plateau monsoon climate, Kunming enjoys the fame of 'Spring City' because of its moderate climate. The average annual temperate is 15℃ and yearly precipitation is 1035 mm. The weather of Kunming is never hot in summer and cold in winter. The yearly temperature difference is small but the daily temperature difference is large, up to 12-20℃ in winter and 4-10℃ in summer. There is a saying ' four seasons can be found in one day'.
The annual precipitation can be obviously divided into dry and wet season. The time during May to October is rainy season and November to next April is dry season.

● Spring (March to May): Because the weather is a bit dry, suggested that tourists drink more water and eat more fruit and vegetables. And pay attention to the large temperature changes between day and night.
