Qufu International Confucius Culture Festival

Time: September 26th -- October 10th
Holding Venue: Qufu, the hometown of Confucius
Qufu International Confucius Culture Festival is one of the 14 grand tourist festivals in China. It is a grand, colorful and comprehensive festival which integrates commemorative activities, communication of culture, tourism and academic discussion together.

Yishan Mountain Temple Fair

The temple fair falls twice a year: spring and autumn. The one holding in spring is much more grand. It falls on lunar February 2nd. Sometimes, it attracts more than 200,000 participants. Weishan Lake Lotus Flower Festival

Time: July -- August
Weishan lake is the largest freshwater lake in north China, and there is the biggest lotus planting land in Asia, with 100,000 acres.
