Except for Lake Tai crab and lamb, you are advised to try Lake Tai-style Feast which was created by Taihu Valley Hotel in Lake Tai Tourism Resort by using ingredients form Lake Tai, and near the Lake Tai. In addition to the mentioned Zhang Yiping Sauced Lamb, Plates of Lamb in Huzhou is a dish with a long history. Sometimes, you may need to reserve in advance because it sells well. Then you could also taste Shanlu potherb, Huzhou Sanchi which is Zongzi, Crispy Candy and Qianzhangbao, Shuangjiao Noodles, etc.
