The dances are performed by scores of talented ethnic villagers in Yunnan. The hand-made costumes worn by dancers in the show are collected from ethnic villages.
Since its debut in 2003, the show has been staged more than 3,000 times in 48 Chinese cities and many overseas countries and regions, including Japan, the United States and Brazil.
