Baimao Hui Ethnic Township (Baimao Huizu Xiang, 白庙回族乡) is under the administration of Kongtong District (崆峒区), Pingliang City (平凉市), Gansu Province (甘肃省), China. Located in the northern part of Kongtong District, the township lies atop Mount Hushan (虎山) and serves as an important crossroads to Zhaihe Township (寨河乡), Xianglian Township (香莲乡), and Pengyang County (彭阳县) in Ningxia Province. Baimao borders Sishili Town (四十里铺镇) to the east, Liuhu Town (柳湖镇) to the south, and Daqin Hui Ethnic Township (大秦回族乡) to the west. Its total area covers 66 square kilometers .

During the 1958 communal period, Baimao was part of Anguo Commune (安国公社). In 1961, Baimao Commune was established after separating from Anguo, and in 1984, it was re-designated as Baimao Hui Ethnic Township . As of the end of 2018, Baimao had a registered population of 14,969 , and by 2020, it had jurisdiction over nine administrative villages .

The main natural disasters in Baimao include hailstorms and lightning strikes. A notable lightning strike occurred on July 14, 2011, which resulted in the death of five cattle in Xiaocheng Village, causing a financial loss of 35,000 yuan .

As of the end of 2011, Baimao had a total population of 13,496. The male population stood at 7,163 (53%), while the female population was 6,333 (47%). The population distribution included 20% aged below 14 years, 64% between 15 and 64 years, and 16% aged over 65 years. The township is home to a significant Hui Muslim population, comprising 6,594 people, or 48% of the total population. In 2011, the birth rate was 7.9‰, the death rate was 2.5‰, and the natural population growth rate was 5.4‰ . By the end of 2018, the total registered population had increased to 14,969 .
