Preface

To enhance tourism consumption in Gansu and promote its international tourism brand, Gansu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism is committed to expanding global cooperation. This effort aims to elevate the quality and scale of inbound tourism and foster the high-quality development of Gansu’s cultural and tourism industries. As part of this initiative, the 2025 Silk Road (Gansu) International Tourism Conference will be held in Lanzhou from April 6 to 12, 2025.Yaso Travel Union (亚索旅盟), a global travel resources platform, connects tourism professionals from China and around the world. It focuses on organizing marketing campaigns and events under the themes “China to the World” and “The World to China.” We are pleased to invite Chinese inbound travel agents and international tour operators to join us in celebrating this significant event!

Reception Standards

01. Included Services

Complimentary reception arrangements upon arrival in Gansu, including hotels, tickets, meals, tour guides, and local transportation.

Partial coverage of international major travel agents’ transportation (Details available via WeChat or WhatsApp).

02. Excluded Services

Domestic transportation to Gansu.

Partial international transportation for some global travel agents.

Invitation Targets

Inbound travel agents specializing in China.
Global travel agents organizing tours to China.
Media platforms and influencers in the global tourism industry.
Presidents or Secretaries-General of global tourism associations.
Individuals involved in cultural exchange through China inbound tourism.

Required Information for Registration

①A photo of the participant (vertical format, white background, 50-200KB, JPG format)；②Travel agency introduction, including company overview, business scope, and China-specific tourism business description；③Participant details: name, position, business card, and passport photo；

④Departure and arrival city information; round-trip flight or high-speed rail ticket details；

⑤Please contact us to request the registration form；

Countries: South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Australia, USA, Canada, New Zealand, France, UK, Russia, and more.

International transit cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Chongqing, Kunming, Xi’an, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, and other key cities.

Starting and Ending Cities

Arrival City: Lanzhou.
Ending City: Dunhuang.
Special Case: Participants ending their trip in Lanzhou may take a high-speed train back to Lanzhou. Yaso Travel Union will assist with booking train tickets from Dunhuang to Lanzhou.
