Beijing Capital Airlines, operating as Beijing Capital, is a Chinese low-cost airline based in Beijing Capital Airport. It is a subsidiary of Hainan Airlines. Beijing capital aviation co., ltd. is approved by the civil aviation administration of China and Beijing municipal administration for industry and commerce. It is jointly funded and established by HNA group and Beijing tourism group. It is an aviation company under HNA group, and was officially opened on May 2, 2010.
