Lincang Airport
Lincang Airport (IATA: LNJ, ICAO: ZPLC) is an airport serving the city of Lincang in Yunnan province, southwestern China. The airport started operation on March 25, 2001. The airport is 22.5 km from the center of the city in the town of Boshang.[2]

[…] Lincang Airport is located in Boshan Town, in the southwest of Lincang City. There are taxi to the urban areas. There is also air bus to the urban areas. The airport bus would depart the urban areas two hours before taking off. Lincang Airport was a provincial line airport put into use on March 2001. The airport is 22.5km from the town and 350km and 40 minutes’ flight time to Kunming. The airport is designed in accordance with 4C standard of Civil Aviation, allowing the landing of Boeing 737. The runway is 2400m in length and 45m in width. The airfield can accommodate two Boeing 737 aircrafts. The airport is equipped with advanced communications and navigation and the weather, aiding navigation lights and other facilities. The flight building covers an area of 9246 square meters and the terminal building covers an area of 3290 square meters. Up to 2005, it was designed to handle 135,000 passenger. Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, located in the southernmost part of Yunnan Province, is a minority autonomous prefecture under the jurisdiction of Yunnan Province.
